Yates County has the highest percentage of population without internet access at 26% in 2022.

Pittsford
Pittsford had only 1.85% of its population with no access to internet in 2022, the lowest of any municipality in the 8-county region.

Spencerport became a hotspot (percentage of households without internet has increased from 11.8% to 16.1%) while Batavia and Penn Yan saw improvements in the number of households with internet (percentage of households without internet decreased from 15.0% to 9.3% in Batavia, and from 20.5% to 14.7% in Penn Yan).
